As at May/June 2007, we have rebranded HelpBasePro. This is a result of some hard behind-the-scenes work to assist with the future development of the product. To support our long term ambitions and to establish it as the only choice for helpdesk professionals, we wanted to make sure the name of our company and product were suitable
