Sales Representative
Target Helpdesk is one of the most revolutionary products every to hit the IT market and we need YOU to spread the word. As a sales representative you'll be responsible for every aspect of client account management - from new sales orders to licence upgrades and renewals.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Achieves licence renewal and upgrade goals by demonstrating to clients the benefits and strengths of Target Helpdesk over the competition.
  • Making new licence sales to existing and new clients. Generate leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Follow-up and qualify new client leads. Assist in pre-sales queries.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales projections on a monthly basis.
  • Attend sales training, industry-related trade shows, sales meetings in person and online.
  • Work with our own Target Helpdesk system to maintain sales leads and queries for management reporting and analysis.
  • Helping to enhance the positive work environment with a "can-do" attitude both internally and externally.

    Skills
  • Fluent English. Another European language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous sales experience with analytical skills
  • Experience in a customer support environment a plus
  • Computer and internet literate
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK
