When using the web client, please ensure that you have a user account setup within Target Helpdesk.

Once you have an account created, and the web client has been installed correctly you will be able to login.

To get to the portal screen in the address bar of your browser you will need to enter in where the web portal is, for example

as you can see the address is 192.168.0.105?CTLSRV105

In red is the name of the server that the web portal is running off, as a security measure if you enter this incorrectly it will display a page about the page currently under maintenance.
