When using the Web Portal similar problems can occur when starting up, for example, if an incorrect username or password is enter the screen is reloaded blank for you to try again without any error prompt.

 

Once successfully logged in you will be faced with the main web portal screen. this is either a pale green or a light blue depending on the user privileges.

 

If it is pale green - then the user is an administrator/power user

If it is light blue - then the user is an operator or a client
