Using the Reports Engine

The bundled reports that come with Target Helpdesk are very basic and are based on assumptions on how you would typically use Target Helpdesk,

If you are having difficulties generating reports with certain details please ensure that these are valid data fields, for example, doing a report based on 'Origin' if you only take calls on the phone.

If in doubt by not selecting any of the tick boxes the system assumes you want all the data relating to that report.

If you are still having trouble please visit the website and download the reports engine install.
