In the time and materials screen you are able enter details of how long you have spent on the task, an materials or assets used to create a useful index. Which can be used to track your own time, to track costs, but is also useful for Field engineers to enter in such things as replacing a printer.

To add time and materials first you need to select the date, name of the user, and enter in a narrative.

After that you can enter in, how long you spent (minutes, hours and days), and also what you charge an hour for your time.

If you have replaced any assets then you can select how many, e.g. replaced 1 Desktop Inkjet printer - £49.99.

You can also add on any other charges in the last field.
