If you are having difficulties logging in please check that your username and password are correct, these can be alpha-numeric and are case sensitive.

If you receive the above message please refer to connecting to the database and check your configuration settings are correct.

 

Other error messages maybe received if .Net 2.0 is not installed or is corrupt please check with either your Systems Administrator or within the Control Panel ---> Add/Remove and verify the installation.
