How to Search the KnowledgeBase

 

A operator or manager can search for a KnowledgeBase article by using the Suggest Solution tab in the ticket screen or using the search in the KnowledgeBase directly.

 

What do i need to do?

 

1.On the new ticket or existing ticket screen click on the Suggest Solution tab.
2.In the Search Text field enter the information that you are looking for.
3.The tickets that match the search text will be displayed.
4.Select the KnowledgeBase Article that you would like to see. You can send the article to the Requestor by clicking on the Email Article Button.
