How to Search the KnowledgeBase
A operator or manager can search for a KnowledgeBase article by using the Suggest Solution tab in the ticket screen or using the search in the KnowledgeBase directly.
What do i need to do?
| 1. | On the new ticket or existing ticket screen click on the Suggest Solution tab. |
| 2. | In the Search Text field enter the information that you are looking for. |
| 3. | The tickets that match the search text will be displayed. |
| 4. | Select the KnowledgeBase Article that you would like to see. You can send the article to the Requestor by clicking on the Email Article Button. |
