If you encounter a problem saving a ticket and received the error message -

 

 

This means that another user is currently editing the ticket. as a safety precaution to maintain data integrity of the SQL Server you will no be able to update of modify the ticket in anyway until the other users as exited the ticket for further information please refer to the Ticket Lock Page.

 

Other Problems may include if you are disconnected you may received a error message

You should always quit first and try and restart the application to establish a new connection to the database as the software cannot establish a new connection as the username and password data is not available.
