The Management Dashboard is only available to certain groups of users, primarily administrators (i.e. not standard operators).

 

It is able to give a quick overview of where the tickets are up to and see how your helpdesk is performing.

 

The option called "Show Tools" allows you to change and manipulate the data views that are more appropriate to suit yourself.

 

 

With the option selected you can select what type of graph you would like, how big it is, and also its screen position.

If you require to reset the screen back to its default configuration click the "reset layout" link on the top right of the management dashboard.
