Editing a knowledge entry

Once a Kb article has been selected the bottom pane of Target Helpdesk changes to show the screen above.

Here you have the ability to change article settings and edit the article selected.

To make the article public you can also tick the box called "Allow Public Access" in the article settings tab.

Once edited by clicking save the changes are then made to the Kb Database.

You can change and edit a article as many times as you want as changes and new procedures are implemented.
