How to Edit a KnowledgeBase Entry
What do i need to do?
Please follow the following steps to edit a KnowledgeBase entry:
| 1. | Click on the KnowledgeBase button in the bottom left hand corner of Target Helpdesk. |
| 2. | Locate and select the appropriate KnowledgeBase article that you would like to edit. |
| 3. | Change the contents of the article by clicking on the Edited Article tab. When you have finished click on the Save button. |

4.Change whether the article can be seen by all users by clicking on the Article Settings tab and selecting Allow Public Access.
5. Change the Category of the KnowledgeBase article.
6. Enter keywords for the KnowledgeBase article. These words can be used by users to search for appropriate articles.
