The login screen allows you to select which server that you are running the database off
You can change this by entering in the location of the database into the server field
If you are not sure what the database name is to connect to, you can look at it if you have access to the local machine double clicking on the SQL server will give you the exact address for the server field in Target Helpdesk.
If you are still having trouble accessing the database also check on the SQL server that it is running and not STOPPED or PAUSED.
Note: Make sure that port 1433/1434 is not blocked by any firewall or antivirus software as this is the standard port for the database server.
