When you identify the requester on the main details tab, the Client History automatically lists all other tickets in the system for this requester. The client history is displayed with details of Ticket Id, Assigned To, Priority, Opened, Requested By and Title
Ticket Id: This field represents the ticket id assigned to a requester. The ticket id is issued as after the save button has been clicked Assigned To: This field represents, to whom the particular ticket id is allocated. The ticket can be assigned to either a support specialist or a queue. Priority: Different coloured flags represent the priority of the ticket id. These are as per defined in Priority maintenance. Status: Different coloured circles represent the status of the ticket id. These are as defined in Status maintenance. Requested By: This field represents the name of the requester. Title: This is the title for that ticket id. When you click on the particular row in the table, the details of that ticket id will be displayed at the bottom as shown above.
