By using this summary we can view all the tickets currently held in the system assigned to you.

 

Simply select a row in the table to see detailed information on a ticket in the lower box. Double click on a row to open the full ticket details.

This page shows all the tickets assigned to user wise.

The front page shows the very recent ticket assigned.

Ticket Id:

This field represents the ticket id assigned to a requester.

Assigned To:

This field represents, to whom the particular ticket id is allocated.

Priority:

Three different coloured flags represent the priority of the ticket id

 

Status:

The status of the ticket id is represented by three different colours

 

Requested By:

This field represents the name of the requester.

Title:

This is the title for that ticket id.

 

When you click on the particular row in the table, the details of that ticket id will be displayed at the bottom as shown above.
