Now with Target Helpdesk you can make integration even easier, by importing your already existing Active Directory user list directly into Target Helpdesk own User Directory.

 

 

Simply enter your LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) path, and enter in a username and password and then test by clicking on the "Test LDAP"

If this is successful you will now be able to import users and clients from you AD Setup.
