Trial users and customers with current maintenance and support can download the latest version of Target Helpdesk, free.
 

 
Desktop
To download the latest desktop upgrade click here
* Requires MS SQL 2005
 

Before running the upgrade, close windows applications including Target Helpdesk. Simply select the option, "Upgrade Desktop" as highlighted in the image above to upgrade.

Server
To download the latest Target Helpdesk server upgrade click here
 

Before running the upgrade, stop the Target Helpdesk Windows Service. Select the option, "Upgrade Server" as highlighted in the image above to upgrade.
Note: we advise you also run the desktop upgrade on your server machine.

Warning: When upgrading the Target Helpdesk Server (Windows Service), please check via the administator desktop that the "last mailbox check" shows today's date. If not, installing the upgrade could cause the service to clear a backlog of emails waiting to be distributed. If you are unsure, please ask us and we will have a qualified Target Helpdesk support engineer assist you with the upgrade.


Web
To download the latest Target Helpdesk Web upgrade click here
Simply unpack the web upgrade into your existing Target Helpdesk Web folder. Note: we advise you restart web services after upgrading for changes to take effect. From a command prompt, enter "iisreset"

Reporting

Note: If you already have "Target Helpdesk Reporting" Tools installed, you should first remove them via Control Panel | Add-Remove Programs
